Babar Azam Make Three Consecutive Century in PAK vs WI

Babar Azam Debut

The 21 years old Babar Azam, who made his debut against Zimbabwe.

Babar Azam had earlier scored 123 and 120 in the second and first ODI respectively against West Indies.

He become the 10th Pakistani batsman to achieve this goal.

In 3rd ODI again he score a century. Babar Azam makes a total of 117 runs in 3rd ODI against West Indies.

Achievements of Babar Azam

Young batsman scripted his name in the books of cricketing history and becomes the third Pakistani batsman to scores centuries in three consecutive ODI innings.

He is only second batsman in the history to score three centuries consecutively in three-match series.

South Africa’s Quinton de Kock was the only player before Babar Azam who scores three centuries in three match ODI series.

Besides this, Azam also got several achievements. Azam achieved the record of most runs in the ODI match series with a score of 120, 123 and 117 and collectively scored 360 runs in the series.

He also becomes the overall leading scorer in all of the three matches.

Future Goals

The young batsman also remain successful in joining the fleet of elite cricketers. Cricketers like Zaheer Abbas, Saeed Anwar, Sri Lanka’s legend Kumar Sangakara. And others likes, South African AB de Villiers, Quinton de Kock and Ross Taylor.

Babar Azam is now seeking to cover a new world record in days to come by making 1000 runs in 20 innings.

He is very close to his target with 886 runs in 18 innings and need only few more innings to achieve the target.
